About us

“Ita is the realization of a dream we had as a couple since we arrived to Spain in 2014.”

They both are alumni of the Basque Culinary Center, where Mariela studied Culinary Arts, and William pursued a Master’s in Sommelier and Enomarketing.

Despite having different previous experiences, William is an economist and Mariela is a chemical engineer, both share the same enthusiasm and affection for serving clients as Ita did at home.
