About us

“Ita is the realization of a dream we had as a couple since we arrived to Spain in 2014.”

Both are Basque Culinary Center alumni. Mariela studied Culinary Arts and William pursued a Sommelier and Enomarketing masters degree.

Despite having different previous experiences, Mariela is a chemical engineer and William is an economist, both share the same enthusiasm and affection for serving their clients as Ita did at home.
